Choose what works best for you—engage in secure online sessions from anywhere in Texas or take advantage of our face-to-face sessions available in South Austin. With day and evening times open, our flexible approach ensures you receive the support you need, wherever you are.

All sessions are private pay, providing the utmost confidentiality and allowing us to focus on your well-being without insurance barriers. We also reserve limited sliding scale spots based on need, and provide all clients with a superbill for potential reimbursement, making quality mental health care more accessible.
