Feeling overwhelmed?
You don’t have to face it alone.

Therapy that actually gets you.
You’re tired of feeling like “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. You’ve been trying to manage everything on your own and it feels like you’re barely keeping up.
Maybe you identify as neurodivergent or queer, or you just experience the world with raw, deep emotions. Whatever your story, you’re likely here because the way you’ve been coping isn’t working anymore. You want relief from those overwhelming feelings and to learn to be kinder yourself.
We’ll work together to figure out what actually helps. You will get practical tools, a deeper exploration of your identity, and a clear path toward a life that feels genuinely yours.

What You’re Going Through Matters
When life starts feeling too heavy, it usually isn’t just one thing. People often reach out to me when they are dealing with:
- Neurodivergence & Executive Functioning: Living with ADHD or autism where basic, everyday tasks completely drain your battery and your energy shifts unpredictably from day to day.
- Burnout & Chronic Fatigue: Being trapped in a heavy, systemic burnout that a simple weekend of rest can’t seem to fix.
- Masking & Identity Questions: Feeling lost or disconnected from yourself after years of hiding your true identity just to get by.
- Emotional Dysregulation: Riding intense waves of anxiety, depression, or unpredictable emotions that make it feel impossible to stay grounded.
- Trauma & Survival Responses: Living with confusing, overwhelming survival reactions triggered in your daily life by past trauma that still feels out of your control.
If any of this sounds familiar, we can figure it out together.
We start with whatever feels most urgent right now. From there, we look at the bigger patterns and build on your existing strengths, so things feel more manageable over time.
Why choose Embark Therapy?
I work with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and deeply feeling adults who want a collaborative, conversational space. Therapy here blends deep emotional understanding with practical tools, focusing on actively shifting how you move through the world rather than just analyzing your problems.
Our sessions pull from structured, skills-based approaches like CBT and DBT, but are always tailored to your specific life, identity, and nervous system. This means you get a dedicated, safe space to explore who you are on your own terms, combined with the support you need to make real, sustainable changes.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you or changing who you are. It’s about helping you step out of constant survival mode, giving you the breathing room so you can genuinely flourish.

Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Victoria!
I’m not just a therapist, I’m also neurodivergent and queer myself. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel out of place, or to be exhausted from trying to function in systems that weren’t built for us.
My background means I intentionally create an environment where you don’t have to mask or constantly over-explain yourself. I also bring my experience in crisis work, which makes me entirely comfortable meeting you in heavy, complicated moments without judgment.
My goal is to help you finally give yourself a break. We will work together to handle the daily overwhelm, so you can focus on building a stable life that actually fits who you are.
